I came in for dip product removal and I had such a wonderful experience! The staff were all very kind and kept a lighthearted atmosphere. The salon was clean, and very cute. They were extra careful with my hands as I had expressed concerns since I have severe eczema on my hands and was getting product removed I was allergic to. I have never seen anyone be so gentle with a nail drill- I felt so much more comfortable since they took their time. And the price was way less than I expected! Extremely satisfied with my experience:)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI will not go anywhere else, I have been to this location multiple times, I am handicapped and Tina always makes me feel like my disability is not a problem at all my left arm and hand are paralyzed and my sister always helps to try and keep my hand and arm relax enough to jet my manicure done and Tina is very patient with us! !! Wonderful place to get your manicures and pedicures done!! Tina also does beautiful freehand design that are beautiful!! I will not go anywhere else, I have been to this location multiple times, I am handicapped and Tina always makes me feel like my disability is not a problem at all my left arm and hand are paralyzed and my sister always helps to try and keep my hand and arm relax enough to jet my manicure done and Tina is very patient with us! !! Recently received a pedicure and manicure at this location. I was not impressed. The water was terribly hot for my pedicure. The foot scrubber they use was painful and left a uncomfortable scratch on the side of my foot.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for my nail appointment today and the staff were all hollering at each other in their language. One staff was covering her ears. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. It went on for about 5 minutes and I finally got up and left.

First time trying great nails. Was a little apprehensive as I’ve read bad reviews. I should know not to do that. I was also nervous as the last salon in elk river filed into my nail bed causing some pain. I went to ken and he took time to make sure that didn’t happen. I was there at least 1.5 hours and my nails are perfect!! I can’t wait to go back. Excellent customer service. You can just tell the customers were regulars! Very friendly staff. Their phone was ringing off the hook booking up for tomorrow! I’ve finally found a nail salon close to home!
