First time experience… They took me last minute as a walk in for a pedicure! Didn’t have to wait at all. Great massage chairs! Staff friendly and asking how I was all along the way! I was faithful client for over 6 months. Last few times quality has digressed. I got my nails done last forba cruise. 3 days into cruise ring finger cracked and ripped across halfway thre my real nail. I go to have it fixed upon return and it healing from the tear into my nailbed. They tried pushing a pedicure on me 3 times and a fill while I was there or my repair. Then later that day 2 more cracked and broke off in the same manor. I had originally asked for a new set. Tom gave me a fill instead said “they will look pretty” I have lost nails painfully in less than 9 days after the fill. I will never receive any service here again. Rude and poor quality. And also. They over book their staff. I scheduled time for my nails only to get there and hom be 2 people behind waiting g over 30 for an appointment.

I was referred by a friend to give them a try and so far I’m glad I did. I did the Dip powder manicure and regular pedicure at reasonable price. The service was great and they were friendly. Give them a try. I went around 1pm during the week when it wasn’t so busy.

Very good, detailed service. They are busy and do not keep appointment times, but it’s worth the wait.Edit: It’s 24 hours later and I’ve ended up with an infected toe from this place… so not worth the wait.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOne of the worst nail salons i’ve ever been to. I walked in on a weekday morning and they were packed. The girls said wait 5 minutes and after waiting 35 minutes they finally took me. Then the girl I had kept laughing at me because my cuticles were dry. I asked her how that was funny and why was she laughing which she then seemed to not speak english suddenly. She laughed at me again and I asked her to stop. I told her when we sat down that I only had 45 minutes at that point. She moved really slow like she was new. Then kept putting coats of paint on until I told her to stop and that I had to be out of there in 5 minutes. She kept trying to explain to me that she had to put a third coat of top polish??? I was so angry when I left I was fuming and she asked me if I wanted to return the next day for a pedicure. I laughed at her and asked her if she was really trying to sell me another service after that disaster and she should think twice before insulting the clients. One of the worst nail salons i’ve ever been to. I walked in on a weekday morning and they were packed. The girls said wait 5 minutes and after waiting 35 minutes they finally took me. I am not from the area and wasn’t sure about a good nail salon in the area. I took a chance with this place and was pleasantly surprised. The staff took great care of me and was attentive. Highly recommend.

I first started going to them when they opened and enjoyed my time there. However, lately they don’t seem to care about their clients anymore. Reservations don’t mean anything (you end up waiting like a walk in), their idea of taking off acrylics is ripping them off with another nail without soaking, AND they’ve tried to speed up turnover by using e-files on natural nails. Also watch with their loyalty program as they will try to make you not cash in your card when it’s time so you have to come back to get the discount. My nails are horribly damaged after this last encounter. After well over a dozen visits, I cannot continue coming here.
