So disappointed!!! I scheduled appointments for 3 of us at 12:00. We got there at 11:53 and they said they are getting the water ready. Okay so far so good……. Then they said you two go sit there. Okay, a little disappointed we can’t sit together, after all they were expecting us but okay. I got the basic Spa pedicure which usually takes anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes. Done and nails painted in exactly 10 minutes! It was my husbands birthday so I got him the Royal treatment for $50. When I looked over at the lady doing it, I thought wow she sure goes fast. But surely he will get to enjoy it for longer. His was exactly 14 minutes. And our third member was never seated! I will never go there again! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They shouldn’t even get the one star.

So this was my first time at this nail salon. Everything was going great. Nails came out pretty good. I got a full set of acrylics. Everything looked good until I left. I noticed some bubbles. I didn’t mind that as much. It wasn’t until later after my shower the nail polish on the acrylics started to peel. The picture with the green sleeve was right when I got them done. They look fantastic! But as the day went on they became gross. I’m going back tomorrow hopefully they don’t charge me that much to have them fix it.

Th man who does nails there is an amazing nail tech!! If you’re able to get him to do you mani/pedi you will be really glad that you did. lady nail techs rush, cut your cuticles, make you pay for services they don’t deliver. Paying 100$ for a manu/pedi means it should be done right. Definitely won’t be back

Don’t expect your gel manicure to last. Two of my nails chipped on the first day. When I went back to have them fixed, they told me they didn’t know who had helped me so there was nothing they could do. They then decided to resolve the issue by painting over the chips, instead of repainting the whole nail. Two days later, I’m having the same issue. When I called to ask why this was happening, they asked me if I cook and when I replied yes, they said that’s why they’ve been chipping! LOL!! I’ve been getting gel for years and have never had this happen after only having them for a few days!! I’m never one to leave a bad review, but the lack of customer service and accountability at this place is unbelievable

The people were nice, the lady I believe her name was Erica did an excellent job of repairing my nails, since I haven’t had done since covid19. I was on vacation and they took me right in and did an excellent job!!!I have gotten so many compliments.

I didn’t go to a nail salon for a very long time and today I looked into 4 salons and everywhere only by appointment, then I saw this salon on the way and I was very glad that they accepted me right away. But unfortunately I left there disappointed, I have no complaints about the pedicure, it was done very carefully, beautifully, but the manicure was terrible, my husband saw my hands and said that I do myself much better. The varnish was not covered very neatly, stripes and stains, and after 10 minutes in pimples. A young girl did a pedicure and an older lady did a manicure. To be honest, I do not recommend this salon, although there are good employees there. I am a mother of 4 children and decided to treat myself (the last time I did a manicure, pedicure 4 months ago) unfortunately I only treated myself to disappointment.

Best full set I have gotten outside on la jolla in san diego. Super quick, almost perfectly shaped and good polish work. I knocked off one star for the pedicure during which the tech cut my foot with the pumice and gave a rather aggressive and short massage with the sea salt. I imagine judging by the other reviews that I may just need a different tech. Will def be back!
