Worst pedicure experience of my life. She was very rough even though I asked for her to be more gentle. When doing the scrub on my calves she scrubbed so hard I left with scratches on my skin and when I showered later my calves were stinging from the abrasions.

Always a great experience! Excellent nail and pedi/ massage spa services for time spent with girlfriends, quality time for mothers and daughters and even daddy and daughter special occasions. I especially appreciate how they use sanitized or new tools, unlike many other nail salons out there. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life! I asked for a fill and pedicure didn’t care who did it because my regular nail tech was on vacation. Got a decent pedi but NO one is the shop would do my dip. Everyone was either sitting at pedi chairs or walking around talking, yet claimed to be busy. Got the color removed from my hands and left to go find another shop! This was NOT a professional experience and no worries because I will never spend a dime on anyone else in this shop! Thumbs all the way down! Treat customers with respect in the future. Hats off to my regular tech Vickie!! I’ve been with her for years. She always conducted herself with professionalism and treated me like I was actually a human being.

Terrible experience. I asked for one thing, a single color, and had something else pushed on me. Two toned nails that look awful. I asked for gel and was given tips. Of course that was my fault for not speaking up but language barrier made it difficult to communicate my concerns. Hot mess.

Came in on a Sunday knowing it would be busy, so I gave them my number to call me when there was a spot open. I came back in the exact amount of time I told them I would be there once they called me, and I still had to wait another 30 minutes. When I finally got in the chair the girl rushed through the pedicure (which was a deluxe and said it was 45 minutes on the brochure), and painted on my skin. When I asked her to fix the polish she told me I was incorrect and she “painted within the lines” which wasn’t true. Like many people, I’ve had thousands of pedicures and this was not great. I also upgraded to paraffin, which is at least a 5 to 10 minute process, and she took it off within 2 minutes. My feet felt dry that same night. Definitely wasn’t worth the splurge!
