I’ve been getting my nails done for over 25 years and I’ve never in my life have had to leave a salon incomplete. Not only did she suggest I should go elsewhere all because THEY knew they couldn’t do what I asked them to do and wanted me to settle for trash! Nasty attitudes and no talent. They can not do nails! Don’t waste your $ and I’m 100% sure some of these women are not licensed. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I was in a rush for something is the only reason I came in. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. I ended up doing and completing my own nails! The First Lady was nice but all because I asked for another color they start talking in their language and switched me to another lady. That’s when the nastiness began. Body language doesn’t lie. I also made sure to use my google translate because I could tell the lady was very mean and nasty. They said vulgar things in their language. And why? Just because I asked for TAN instead of pink? They do not deserve your money! They didn’t get a penny out of me and never will. TDLR needs to shut them down with all of these complaints! Here is the ombré they kept complaining about doing amongst each other instead of being honest and saying, I only do basic nails, I can not achieve these result! Even though, a basic plain white and tan ombré set is considered very basic in the beauty industry in 2022. Never again. Take my advice. There are better places to go!!!

Then when I asked her to fix it she threw a fit and told me don’t come back no more. Then she didn’t even try to do a good job the second time around my nails are out of shape they are not colored all the way pieces are chipping off already keep in mind it is Gel! So then I called up there the next day and told her my nails look horrible she told me to come the next day and pay 15 after I already paid 35 for a fill and tipped her. Then ended up calling me private two times what kind of childish games are those? I’ve never experienced something like this before. My sister on the other hand used to come here also she stopped coming because she would bring her three your own and they would get mad every time and tell her to come back when she don’t have her child. As a single mother is very hard for her to find a long time that’s why she brings her along. Either way we’ve never been anywhere who has said anything about bringing a cane and they have always been rude. This is also not my first time coming to this nail salon I’ve always came got what I needed done always tip them good and I go on about my day so I will definitely not be coming back would not recommend!They were very rude. They charged me $17 just to polish my little 8 yr old daughters hands and feet. Like seriously her tiny nails. They try to force you into services you don’t want it’s so damn annoying. There my nails. Will never go back, it was my 3rd time going and they just lost a potential customer.

My fiancé went to go get her nails done for the first time there and I have never seen someone do nails so thick and just not care about their job. They are very pricy as well. Never recommend this place to anyone.
