i will not be coming back. they cut the skin around my nails too much leaving it to hurt for multiple days. the nail polish was painted over my cuticles and the polish started coming off within a week. these are gel nails.

Horrible experience!!! If I could give a no star rating it would be given. My hubby and I brought our daughter and a few of her friends to get their nails done for her little party day. To make a long story short: No greeting when walking in, it was dirty and cluttered and the nail techs were mean. All of the girls nails looked like a 5 year old did them. Sloppy, not shaped right in thickness and in style, crooked or for those who got just nail polish, chipped off within a 1/2 hr. Most definitely will not be going back or will be recommending Great Nails to ANYONE!!!

The lady that did my nails was very rude. When I asked her a question, she brush it off like I was stupid. I picked the cat’s eye design and she never answered me, when asked for the prices, until she started with 2 nails then said that my picking is already designed that costed 50. If I want longer nails and or other design it will be additional cost. I was like, wow, thank you for informing me. Tipped her 10 dollars, she never said thank you, took the money and said you done bye. With such poor and rude service, I will never refer or go back there. Sorry.
