Went and got a file just after a week of getting new set here because they were all lifting. The lady who helped me was rude and told me she knew how to do her job. I didn’t say anything except he used a clear tip last time. She also asked me why I didn’t wait for the guy who did my nails last which i replied I did ask for him and you told me to come. Well I asked for a design it turned out completely horrible none of them are the same the diamonds are all uneven none straight different sizes the polish is thick and lumpy with the clear not even over all the nails. Sje filea at the end again and buffed the white off the sides. She kept insisting that her work was great. When I spoke to the man at the front he said they look great and that they can’t be perfect he could fix an upside down diamond but that’s pretty much it. I’m not one to complain or even leave a review but for $78 it should have been way more professional or have discounted something. Unacceptable management and work. Not going here again.

This is my favorite nail salon. After going to many and not being very loyal, and then moving to the area, I came here out of the blue. I have been coming every two weeks for my dip manis (once a month for pedis). My nails look great every time. If I happen to chip one in between my appointments, they will fix it without having a fuss. They are always on time for my appointments, which I really appreciate. I recommend this spot to everyone – especially my favorite, Kevin.

A friend of mine brought me here ( she had been here in the past) as apart of a girls weekend on december 10, 2022. The experience was terrible and humiliating and we will never return. Let me explain….. i got a pedicure from a nice and enthusiastic woman. However my girlfriend next to me was treated so horribly by the young lady, the woman was asking her to hand her the massage control and do the adjusting etc whereas my technician turned on adjusted everything for me. The young woman who serviced my friend had a terrible attitude we could tell she had an attitude by her facial expressions her body language. It was as if she didn’t want to do anything for my friend. The young lady servicing my friend would laugh and talk to the woman servicing me (in vietnamese) but would ignore my friend when she would tell her what she wanted and how she wanted it. She wouldn’t even make eye contact with my friend. She literally kept ignoring her and her attitude was terrible just terrible. She would not even look and acknowledge her to even suggest that she at least heard her. It was so demeaning. And yes if your wondering the young lady does understand english how do we know? Because my friend (after repeated leaning forward to tell the young lady that she was cutting her toe nail slanted and making known theher preferences with her pedicure) my friend stated she wanted someone else because of the above reasons. When i tell you after my friend stated to the girl that she wanted someone else she IMMEDIATELY got up SO QUICK with an attitude. So she understood THAT. If you are wondering my friend is African American. This young lady started on someone new ( a caucasian woman it made sense now) with a totally pleasant disposition woow what a difference skin color makes. We then noticed that multiple technicians speaking in vietnamese would come over our way and point over a us we knew we were being talked about it was so obvious they had no shame. It is clear that the kind of service you get depends heavily on ones skin color. There was no apology from management . I will never return here and if you are any person of color outside of being caucasian you shouldn’t either. How humiliating and demeaning. I should have recorded it but i was not expecting this to happen. Just wanted pedicures for two corporate professionals. SO SAD

I got a gift certificate for Great lakes nails and i figured i would give it a try ….SO HAPPY i did….not only were they super friendly but faster then ever! I didn’t have to wait for a chair…i was in and out! Jenny did my nails and she was so sweet. I will definitely be going back here! Thank you for the great friendly fast beautiful service! She did a great job on my nails. The exact length i wanted…color and she did a great job on the design!

All credit card transactions now charged $1 extra. Basin of water was barely lukewarm. Nails were barely cleaned. No work was done to remove dead skin. When time to get off roughness on the bottom of my foot, barely rubbed, still rough. Did not do the heel at all. Massage was just rubbing cream into my legs. Paint on the nails looks clumpy. Terrible job, need to go somewhere else and get this fixed!

My mom and I decided to go last minute to get a manicure before Christmas. I now understand why they weren’t fully booked. If you’re familiar with manicures you know the place typically will spend some time giving you a nice luxurious hand massage. The lady put lotion on my hands after finish my nails as an after thought while standing to rush over to her new client. Also I asked for some Christmas decorations such as snowflakes, when she did them she didn’t ask if I liked them, just told me to put them under the light to cure them. She rushed through the entire job, and it will very much be the last time I go there.
