Great Hands Massage

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Qualityabsolutely a no go. went here for a relaxing massage, after a long week and literally had the worst experience. not to mention, this was my first massage experience ever!let’s start, I called to book an appointment and the lady never said hello, how are you, nothing. I asked for an appointment, she said ok come. I asked did she need my name and she say ‘I guess.’Fast forward to get me getting to the place, she was completely rude and not professional at all! As soon as I entered the building, she rolls out of one room and tell me to ‘go in there’ in the most non welcoming way!There was no welcome, no hello, no anything. The place itself wasn’t even welcoming. Keep in mind this is my first massage, the lady never made me feel comfortable, talk me through the process or anything. She simply put me in the room, and closed the door. I had to ask if I needed a gown, blanket, anything.. then she told me what to do.She comes back in and immediately started massaging my butt. Extremely hard! The entire massage was uncomfortable, extremely rough, not relaxing, or welcoming. Literally a waste of time.Then once the torture was over, she stood over me as I paid, to see if I’d tip. Never again.
