We truly appreciate Dr. Gordon’s willingness to do the right thing by honoring the certificates.My teenage daughter spent her entire paycheck to purchase a gift certificate for her and for me to get 5 spa treatments together. It was my birthday gift. It was a substantial amount of money, especially for a young college student working 30 hours a week. The expiration date is 6/17/2121. I called them this morning to schedule an appointment with our gift certificates. The lady on the phone told me they have no available appointments before June 17, but that I was welcome to book an appointment for full price. Again, my 18 year old college student already spent her paycheck for our appointments. Really?? It should be up to them to either refund our money or to make sure we get to book an appointment that has already been paid for. They refused to give us our money back or even a credit for a later appointment. What’s scam!! They took advantage of an 18 year old girl trying to do something nice for her mama.
