VERY PRICEY services and RIDICULOUS prices on their stock of Random haircare products !! AND THEY WONT EVEN ALLOW YOU TO PAY WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD NOR WILL THEY ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARD PERIOD! Even with the proper identification BUT they do conveniently (sarcasm) happen to have their own ATM right INSIDE the salon BUT THEY HAVE THEIR OWN CHARGE PLUS YOUR BANK CHARGE so I think it’s just ridiculous after a root touch up and highlights plus a (tiny 3 Oz jar of hair gel for my son ) it ended up costing me over $250. (Not including the $60. tip or the ATM fees) BUT the service was friendly ( and for over $300. I would be as happy as a clam- unable to be anything but friendly if I just made a whopping $300 bucks too!!! off just 1 (ONE) customer

The lady who did my hair, Elva, would not let me in the shop when I came back to show her my hair. I went here to get a haircut after not having one in 6 months. When I came in they greeted me with ma’am, I’m obviously a male which got me a little mad but I let it slip. When they asked me for what kind of haircut I would like, I responded with a fade with 2 inches off the top and blend the sides. They proceeded to give me a “karen” haircut, presumably because they thought I was a woman and when I asked for a refund, they were unprofessional and spat on me. I called your general manager, and good luck with no jobs.

This is your warning NOT TO GO! Had a appointment for 1030 and didnt get my mom till 1130, My mom asked for blonde highlights she literally have BLUE HAIR NOW! she also asked for bangs and got none at all, the lady cut her hair however she felt it would look! Critical: ProfessionalismWent in to get a trim and came out looking lime lord farquaad from shrek i was too embarrassed to tell the lady anything so I proceeded to pay then i got home to look at my haircut some more and see how i can fix it or if it may grow on me then i realized the back was very choppy and un-even,still had very long pieces that werent even cut. I called to atleast ask for my money back and was never able to get a hold of the manager but some how the stylist that did me wrong answered and kept giving me adittude over the phone and she personally said she would not give me a refund…. well there is nothing else i could do but warn others …do not go here!!!! Horrible I wanted just one inch off and she cut 3 she left my hair super short and I’ve been growing it out for the longest time. She left it uneven and when I came home there was hair she didn’t get. She charged me 25 and I just wanted to cry.

I asked for something COMPLETELY different than what i paid for. I asked for a long bob cut, past my shoulders. What i got barely covers my face. I was crying and she tried to convince me I looked better with short hair. I mentioned it twice after showing a picture of what i wanted, that i DID. NOT. WANT. MY. HAIR. TOO. SHORT. The only reason Im giving this 2 instead of 1 is because it’s a good cut, and not very expensive… But not at all what i asked for. NOT at all what looks good on me. I spent 25$ for a cut the stylist thought was best for me.
