Critical: Professionalism, QualityWalked in and was not greeted by anyone nor were the other 2 that came after me. The lady who cut my hair did not cut it even. One side was puffed out. Pointed it out to her and she tried to fix it. I had pieces sticking up and one side was still longer than the other. I decided to just pay and fix it elsewhere. The owner looked at my cut and never bothered to try and fix it or stop me and have her cut more. Walked in and was not greeted by anyone nor were the other 2 that came after me. The lady who cut my hair did not cut it even. One side was puffed out. Pointed it out to her and she tried to fix it. I had pieces sticking up and one side was still longer than the other. I decided to just pay and fix it elsewhere. The owner looked at my cut and never bothered to try and fix it or stop me and have her cut more. Never going back.

Been a customer for roughly 7 year’s and no complaints at all. Every girl here does a phenomenal job cutting hair compared several other’s that I’ve been to. I would also never show up 5 minutes before closing to get a haircut like the previous comment…! 10+ stars hands down.

I usually do not give a review in most times. However about 3 weeks ago I stopped at Great Cuts for the 1st time, I did not have an appointment however I was able to get my haircut without any wait…that was a big plus!!! Before the process was started I confirmed the price of my service, at no time was I told you are charged individually for hair being washed, your length, your blowout, this is probably the point I decided I would not go back do to how awful my blow out was. I have very curly hair and a lot of it. Prior to her starting she only put a dollop of mousse in my hair. I understand I’m not a professiona, however I am 50yrs old so yes I have had this done many times. When she was done, I could not only see I didn’t like the cut my hair was poofy and frizzy. I was not impressed with her hair skills nor her people skills….To top it all off my bill was more than double then expected. I understand all salons do things a bit differently when pricing but this to me was a little excessive.

My husband anyways comes here to get his hair cut. I honestly can’t say anything bad about Great Cuts. The staff is wonderful. The owner Karen is such a sweetheart. I work at Sally Beauty Supply so it always makes my day when she comes in for Beauty Supplies. Heather cuts my hair. She is so good. Want layers. She is your girl. Keep up the good work.
