I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I got my hair cut today and when I first got in the seat she started cutting, and then walked away to text. She didn’t go back to her phone since but I still feel like maybe you shouldn’t be texting while doing that type of thing. I asked for a specific amount off the top and it wasn’t measured with anything, but it was way more than what I asked for and then she asked if I wanted any more taken off and I said no. And she kept cutting. They seem to rush the haircuts really bad and my hair looks way different than what iasked for

I’m sorry I hate giving bad reviews but this isn’t the place to bring your kids, even though they say they do kids. My son had a really bad experience and we were left with a pretty bad haircut. He is 1.5 and I know it’s hard when they are little so I suggest to go somewhere where they specialize with kids
