Love going there. Best place in town to get a great hair cut. Only complaint I have is sometimes when you check in online, which you’re told will decrease your wait time, doesn’t. You still have to wait for people who didn’t check in online. I’ve had my online wait time go up instead of down so I now check in online and go right to the salon which somehow helps.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut and he checked in online. There was 2 hair cutters just standing around. They came up and asked if we checked in online but never called anyone to get their haircut. If you don’t cut hair and you work there. QUIT. It’s a hair cutting place. Not a stand around and do nothing job. Idc if you own the place too. If you’re there, help with the line that is there and stop standing around. That’s just lazy and disrespectful of the ones working harder than you.

Just went with my three boys to Great Clips. Even though they had issues with my online reservation. It was great they always work with me. However, the five stars are for one reason TIFFANY.
