Go see Vee at the Argonne/Millwood Great Clips! She is excellent with curly hair as well as current trends! She most recently did a mermaid cut style that was HOT!!! Love love LOVED it! A friend went to her a couple days later to get it too! She’s AMAZEBALLS! Knocks what ya want outta the park! Very personable as well! Huge asset to that place and if she leaves I’ll follow!!

Although I will not remove this post because it did happen I will say that the managers handled things very professionally and customer service goes a long way! I did change my review from a 1 star to a 3 because of them. If you need a haircut ASK for either one of them to do it. (ORIGINAL POST) If there was the option of zero stars that is what I would give. Both of my boys (by the same lady) got HORRIFIC haircuts. They both left crying. If you are not confident in cutting hair even with simple instruction and a photo then you should not be in this industry. My youngest has a half shaved head with a bad looking comb over. She couldn’t get his cowlick to set right so she went and shaved it. If I knew the gals name I would post it. She is the older gal there…. stay away! This inexpensive quick haircut cost me over twice the amount because I had to take him to a salon to have them TRY and make it better. They were appalled by the cut, especially compared to the photo I had! I am so mad that it was bad enough to make my kids cry.

I have used Great Clips many times and am normally at least semi pleased with the results. My last visit, a couple weeks ago, I received, up until now at 59 years old, the worst haircut of my life. I’m not sure exactly what happened but this woman had no idea what she was doing. I will have to go in somewhere and have my hair fixed. I may go to great clips again but I’m not sure yet.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The little dark haired manager was rude to my wife and apparently every other person I’ve talked to about this location. Didn’t listen and cut my daughter’s hair way to short. I used to use this location because it’s on my way home after work. But now because of this one person I will continue to boycott and notify as much people as possible about this location because people who are paying this much for a haircut don’t deserve to be treated like trash. If I could would of given this location a negative 10 stars!
