I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to this location. I told the stylist my hair is naturally curly but I straighten it. He said so straight across? Well… This is worse than before I came in today, and I still have split ends. He cut it straight across my back, and almost evened the front sides. It’s almost what I asked for but not a good cut at all.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I won’t be coming back to great clips. I should’ve known better I guess. But I didn’t know it would turn out THIS bad. Ladies, please do yourself a favor and go to an actual salon. Our hair deserves time and effort. Great clips wants to get their customers in and out and not take their time which is what our hair needs. If you want a good quality cut, I recommend Aveda in the valley!
