I usually have my hair cut by Klarisa who by the way is the best Manager I have ever seen! I made an appointment and when it said they’d be ready for me in 20 minutes. I got in my car and came in when they told me. As I waited 2 people came in after me and immediately got their haircuts. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before They did mine. An employee cut my hair and was very unfriendly, and as I was explaining to her what I wanted done, she said: “I’ve been cutting hair for 35 years”, and that she doesn’t need my advice! Very bad people practice! This was three months ago. She was NOT the store manager , but she sure acted like she was in charge! I pay her wages. Apparently being an employee, in her mind, gives her the power to overstep her authority! She was also very rude to the other hairstylist, who actually IS the manager! Making me believe this employee was in charge! She was not! The employee I’m referring to is an elderly woman, about 52 years old and came up here from Wyoming.

Been here multiple times for a basic men’s haircut….my husband always just walks out with a buzz cut for $25. I can do that for free. I even tried showing them a diagram that our previous stylist gave me to help guide the next person. People are nice though

Critical: PunctualityEnded up walking out. I have used this business for many years, but never again. They called me to tell me they were ready for me, so I rushed out of the store and next door to their shop. I was told it would be just a minute. They then took 3 people who came in after me saying that they checked in on line. Then why did you call and tell me you’re ready for me?? I tried the on line check in previously with a similar result. Too bad for the stylist.. I had just received a rather substantial bonus and had a surprise planned for her!!Ended up walking out. I made an appointment online for a haircut and when it notified me I was up in 19 minutes I left the house. When I was almost there it pushed my appointment back by 10 minutes so while I was waiting in the car I received another notice it was pushed back another 36 minutes. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair cut here I have very long hair that was in need of a good trim staff was rude at first then I think she realized her attitude half way through and brightened up other than that I thought the cut was good… until I got home and looked in the mirror to find out the right side of my hair was over an inch longer than my left side so I ended up needing to fix it myself.
