Note: No review option for ON-LINE SCHEDULING. I have attempted a walk in haircut at the Cheney Washington facility 3 times and was told every attempt, if I did not schedule my haircut on line, my wait time is unknown. So, I get on line to schedule my haircut and there is no option to schedule my time??? It only puts you on a list, then it gives you the minutes you have to drive down there. This is a totally stupid business model. I’m busy and if a schedule is required, fine, but not on Great Clips schedule, I need to work on my schedule. Never again.. Good ole barber for me. So, much for customer service, eh?? Typical of todays businesses. We pay more, for less.. Customer service is gone…

Would give a zero if I could. What should have been a straight forward trim turned into a butcher job, with some pieces of hair left almost an inch longer than others. My daughter was heart broken. Spend the couple extra dollars and book with anyone else in town! I recommend Hair by Susan

My fiancé got his haircut today (12/03/22) it took over an hour for the lady to even start cutting his hair. That was with a reservation. He had to tell her multiple times to go over areas of his head again because the cut was uneven. His haircut is very simple a 1 on the sides and finger length on the top. He came back home after almost 2 hours and his hair looked even worse than before. He had to come in the bathroom and trim his own hair it was noticeably uneven in multiple spots. The customer next to him got his hair butchered into a buzz cut and didn’t even want to pay. Don’t recommend going here. Poor quality service and trained personnel. Going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow before we get family photos

Haircut feels rushed and the stylist frequently messes up my undercut line because they don’t pull my hair up completely so it’s almost as if they’re guessing where my line is. I also ask them to cut my undershave very short but the stylist always tries to end early before it even looks like a buzz by pulling a mirror out and asking, “what do you think?” Um… no I asked for a close fade not a lawn of grass…. The only positive aspect is they only charge me $8 per cut since it’s a neck trim.

Gave the worst cut I ever saw to my husband. When he went back to ask them to buzz off the rest they still managed to miss clumps and left the sideburns long. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
