My haircut professional seemed very inconvenienced that I was asking questions or asking for a professional opinion. Super combative experience, lady just wanted to argue, did not say much after I asked for a little more off the top at the end and was greeted with a “Well then you should’ve asked for that”, followed by a few more comments (after saying nothing) on how I should come better prepared with pictures. It’s 8am on a Friday, cut me a break, kindness matters.

I checked in online, and when I arrived. The video screen shows 2 people in front of me,2 people after. The 2 people in front are getting their turn. In walks a young man who gets greeted by name and he (not on their list) gets his turn next. I left. If you’re going to let your friends skip the line, don’t have the schedule where your customers can see it.
