Go somewhere else! Save your hair and your kid’s hair. The girls who work there were rude and seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Look at this pic of my daughter’s hair cut! Do you think that is straight!? Terrrible service, even worse results. Do they think because it’s a child that having a horrible hair cut is acceptable? I could do better myself. I shouldn’t leave a hair salon and feel like I could have done a better job than the one I just paid for.

I have to say when first walking in I have never had someone be so rude to me as a customer. Her tone was offensive and her whole demeanor was unprofessional. I signed up for a 330pm appt and didn’t get out of there till 600pm. After the attitude I got I normally would of just walked out after being spoken to in such a rude manor. But I promised my granddaughter a hair cut. When it was our turn the other person passed on serving us because she can’t do long hair (ours shoulder length) because of a shoulder injury. So…. 20 minutes later we got Sarah, who was very nice and did a wonderful job. Sarah gets 5 ⭐ but the experience was 1 ⭐ 2/25/22

The wait wasn’t bad since I used the online que and all the staff where cheerful and helpful. The girl who cut my hair listened very attentively and got it perfect with no adjustment and it only took her a few minutes. I wanted to get my hair done in braids but it was quoted at $30 when my hair cut was only $22 so I passed on the styling. Staff all had masks on and cleaned stations with bleach between customers.

Not too bad at cutting hair, however when I went in to tell them my mom was in a wheelchair and needed a hair cut and asked if they would be able to accommodate, the hairdresser was visibly annoyed and just said they would deal with it. I did not want my mom to have to deal with her so I took her and had the younger hairdresser, who was very kind, do my moms hair. Anyone who is disabled or loves someone disabled knows how disheartening it is to have people get annoyed or agitated at them for simply wanting to live a normal life. Maybe she was having a bad day but when working with the public you need to be compassionate to every customer no matter who they are.

Definitely not a great cut. Very nice people though. Got my hair cut, came home and had to fix 3 spots that were an inch or more longer than the rest, and it just looks bad. None of it is blended and it is super choppy. It definitely was not worth the price. Probably won’t go back but it was definitely convenient to not need an appointment ahead of time.
