I have attempted to get a haircut three times in a row. I tried to reserve online when I get off work at 5pm and it said there was a 10 minute wait and it would not let me reserve a spot. Tonight for the 3rd week in a row. I show up and they refuse to cut my hair. Even when three people were cutting hair and only one was ahead of me with 30 minutes left last week. Will never go back after being a customer for over 10years.

I asked for a specific style of haircut and what I got was not that! luckily my hair grows fast and it will grow back. The only bonus thing for me about this whole experience is that my hair was so long. I was donating it to wigs for kids so at least I know that it went for a good cause. Your on-line app has some serious problems. On two occasions now, I have sat and waited for my text to come in for at least 45 minutes after I was told my wait time was four minutes. And when I went into the store to find out what the actual wail time was I was told I was about to be kicked off the list because I hadn’t come in yet. I never got a text. Not good business. After I got home I found my hair cut was less than good. I don’t know if that is because I complained, but I sincerely hope not.

They advertise as being open until 6pm. I have an extremely busy schedule, and that is a hard time frame to make. After weeks of trying I finally had a chance and got here at 5:50. Lady said that they were closed and laughed at me when I said it was only 5:50. I had to go well out of my way just to end up wasting my time, the employee was rude clearly just being lazy trying to get out of work.

I’ve been coming to Fred Meyer Great Clips for many years now. I can’t argue too much with the results of my haircut, especially considering the price. Prices do go up, but it’s no different than everything else out there. So, the value is good. I’ve had really good haircuts there and not so great ones. But it’s not like they ruined my day or week. Granted, I’m a guy with a simple hair style so it’s not that tough to cut and style. I’m pleased with the people who work there! They are all fun and seem to enjoy their job. I appreciate their willingness to engage in conversation to make my experience as good as possible, but they also respect me when I just need to sit quietly with my thoughts. We all have our bad days and they’re human too, so ‘cut’ them some slack if perhaps a couple hairs weren’t taken care of perfectly. I’ll likely continue to come here in the future because of the overall experience. Thanks Jazzy for helping make my day better!

I brought in a picture of a long Bob. I said no layers and please add an inch more than the pictures. She cut it two inches shorter than the picture. I think gave me layers but there not even. She made it an a line where it’s shorter in the back. It looks awful. It is literally the simplest haircut ever. I spent along time growing it out for her to ruin it. I’m going to have to grow it out several inches just so I can fix it. Not going back.
