Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had brought two pictures of what I wanted, both a front and side view with arrows showing how the hair should lay. My stylist didn’t give me what I wanted. She cut my hair too short and completely messed up the bangs. She had asked me if I wanted to keep the bangs longer and when I said I wasn’t sure yet, she told me she would work on the rest and I could decide after seeing everything together. She ended up cutting the bangs without giving me a chance to decide. My hair is now too short to get a new cut. I’ve managed to style it in a way I like but I’ve gone here twice, 4 years apart, and both times I didn’t get what I asked for. I wasn’t going to write this review initially but I wanted to warn anyone who is planning on going here. I had brought two pictures of what I wanted, both a front and side view with arrows showing how the hair should lay. My stylist didn’t give me what I wanted. She cut my hair too short and completely messed up the bangs. She had asked me if I wanted to keep the bangs longer and when I said I wasn’t sure yet, she told me she would work on the rest and I could decide after seeing everything together. Critical: QualitySo my two sons went in for a haircut. One is 12 and the other 13. They both wanted a “2” on the sides and finger length on the top. Well my 13 year old got what he asked for from one stylist and my 12 year old basically got a buzz cut all around, so so short, not finger length on top at all. He started crying in the car right after the cut because it was soooo short. I’m not sure if this stylist was new but she definitely didn’t understand what finger length is like the other stylist. So my two sons went in for a haircut. One is 12 and the other 13. They both wanted a “2” on the sides and finger length on the top. Well my 13 year old got what he asked for from one stylist and my 12 year old basically got a buzz cut all around, so so short, not finger length on top at all. Critical: QualityFor anyone reading this, ask them to SLOW DOWN. Went in with rather simple instructions, which the barber butchered. The employee was working at lightspeed. The barber cut my 12-inch long hair down to 2mm, because she cut one side far too high. 2 stars because they were nice enough.Service: Haircut
