I will not be going back. They used to have really good stylists, but not anymore. Very slow service and there were only two people there to cut hair. Only one customer ahead of me and I was told I would have a 27 minute wait. Supposedly, there were two people ahead of me. They never showed. Someone else came in to get her son’s hair cut. She was told there would be a 90 minute wait. The stylist then walked out the door and left the other stylist who headed for the back room. I left after waiting another 5 minutes. I will be finding another place to go for my haircuts. Hair Masters seems on the ball.

This place deserves zero stars honestly. I went in today for a haircut and bang trim. All I wanted was 2 inches off the bottom and layers and a bang trim. She CHOPPED off about half of my hair. The layers are Uneven, my bangs are uneven, and half of my hair is missing. When I told her she was cutting too much off she was extremely rude to me and said “well do you want to stop or do you want it blended?” And obviously I can’t just cut one side of it. The layers are choppy and definitely not blended. And she did absolutely nothing about my bangs and left them uneven. My hair was definitely long enough for the style I wanted and now it’s half the length. The front is so short It’s almost like a mullet. Pictures are- what I wanted, what I started with, and what I ended with. I can’t even put it in a bun because of how short the layers are, I asked for long layers.

I had my hair cut at Great Clips in Yelm, WA today. I was able to get in, in about 20 minutes. I received a very good hair cut at a reasonable price. ($17 since I’m an old geezer.) I’ll definitely go back.

I came in for a trim, the back of my hair is stacked, absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had! I just went to great clips in Tacoma paid again to get it fixed and it is a little better but not good still! The lady in yelm cut it so short and in so many places I just have to wait for it grow out! I paid $50 now to have to wear a hat! Ladies beware!!!!!

It’s as advertised. It’s great clips, not really f n fabulous-it’s not a spa. It’s a solid hair cut at a fair price with not a long wait if you use the online check in. Don’t get me wrong I get 9 out of 10 hair cuts here. I’ll be back and you should too, unless you got mad money and like to waste it at an over priced, pompous place. Not me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCompletely butchered a haircut on my daughter, then attempted to “fix” it and did not do much better. I reached out to Julia Smith, who I assume is some type or franchise owner or manager and my first experience on the phone with her was pleasant, but there was no mention of a refund, only that I could go to any “great” clips location to get it fixed. We straightened my daughters hair later that night to see the extent of how bad it was and MY GOD you would think the person was blind who cut her hair. My wife posted about this experience on a community Facebook page TWO DAYS after I had sent a message to Julia, expressing my frustration and that there was no fixing this. I had to message her again and ask her if this message was not important enough for her to respond and magically she decided to respond this time AND had the nerve to tell me she didn’t appreciate us “slamming” the location on a Facebook community page. I let her know this was only done after I had not heard back from her for two days. They eventually offered to send me a refund check and an apology, but the experience was absolutely horrible. The old lady with black hair did not cut my hair with what I had asked for and went with what she wanted to instead. I am completely upset and disappointed in the service I received. I will not be going back nor having any family continue any business there.
