Hours are BS. I get everyone is understaffed but to change your hours daily is poor business practice. Completely unreliable. Been trying to get a hair cut there for the last few weeks and wait time is horrible and hours are never consistent. Last night planned to go there this morning and checked hours to see when they opened with 10am noted per Google. Was happy thinking we would beat the rush by getting there before 11am only to see they are now closed today.

I know one stylist’s haircut doesn’t define a business, but this is the WORST HAIRCUT I have ever received in my entire life. From start to finish it only took maybe five minutes. Should have known. My phone number didn’t register when I checked in online. I guess the haircut explains why all other great clips in the area had a wait time of over thirty minutes and this location had no wait time. So frustrated I just want to shave it all.

I am so disappointed with their service. I know that everywhere is super understaffed and having a difficult time but oof I took me and my 3 kids in to get haircuts and not only did they miss hair, literally ever single one of our cuts are uneven and botched. I even tipped and probably shouldn’t have. Worst cuts ive ever had. I think they need to revisit some basic training. I appreciate them squeezing us in but we are pretty disappointed with our haircut.

I had very long hair, I went in to get it cut to make it more manageable. The stylist cut it in less than 10 minutes, to the length I wanted but now it’s almost impossible to brush or style. I have never hated my hair this much before and I’m going somewhere else to have it fixed.
