I’ll give it a 3 star… only because the lady that has “a medical condition” and cannot cut little kids hair has skipped over us multiple times in line. I have heard her complain about the amount of tips she has received after giving a haircut which is extremely unprofessional. She should find a profession where she doesn’t use her hands or back.

Critical: QualitySunny was very friendly and nice, but omg what kinda haircut is it?? Crooked and uneven!! It’s horrible! She even hadn’t asked what type of hair cut my son would like… All haircut she does takes LITERALLY 5 minutes!! I swear to god I’ve done the way better job at home and I’m not a hairstylist. The customer before us has got the same 5 minute haircut which was crooked and looked awful. We probably should left right after I saw this… I decided to stay and it was my mistake. Very rude. Some girl made a point to tell me she had 2 back surgeries and if my son moved she was “going to kick him out of the chair” I should have left. The haircut wasn’t worth $22. Haircut

I took my daughter to get her first haircut at 4 years old. The stylist was amazing and explained every step to her. The stylist made the first cut, showed my daughter, and said, did it hurt? My girl was like no; she sounded surprised. We had a great time. Thank you!

Brought my elderly mother in for a wash, cut, & dry. Sunny worked on her and did an awful job. My mother wanted layered hair and what she got was chopped hair. From the back, she looks like a man now! She went to a Dr’s appt later that day and a tech walked up to her and asked if she was Robert. So insulting! Sunny was friendly but a terrible hair dresser. $28 for a wash & cut with the senior discount. She didn’t even blow dry her hair. We won’t be returning.
