This is the 2nd time I’ve been here. This is the shoulder length Layered LOB I asked for….. When she asked how long I wanted it I was very specific to say shoulder length multiple time, when she asked above shoulder I said no, atleast shoulder length I’ve been growing out my hair… I ended up telling her not to do the layers because I could tell she had already cut it way too short.
