Hated my hair cut. girl didn’t ask much questions and I don’t get hair cut to often so a little bit of help would be nice especially from a hair stylist. I’ve only had one good experience and everything the other lady did was amazing by asking questions and suggestions unfortunately doesn’t work there anymore, but this time this lady was awful and didn’t communicate well and when I asked to cut shorter on the top and not the front she said ok I won’t touch the front at all, and then as she is cutting my hair she is grabbing the front still and cutting it shorter and shorter each time, not only that making assumptions thinking I wanted it a certain way when I never mentioned anything if the sort they way she described it. It was just a simple short on the sides long on the top and was visible to cut based of how my hair was just in a longer form, never coming back.

Used to get a decent haircut here. Went in yesterday for shampoo and cut. Asked for a towel under my neck for shampoo, no response. Shampooed once, no conditioner used. Haircut ended up uneven and barely any taken off, not what I asked for. Stylist was distracted, not interested. Prices have increased and quality has gone down.

I’ve been going to the Lacey GC for years with pretty good and friendly service. However, lately I have to drop a couple stars. Stylist was not very friendly and prices went up again. For some reason they switched to clippers instead of scissors without asking. Got them back on scissors but stylist didn’t seem happy about it. Last couple haircuts didn’t really go well… I’ll probably be looking for a new shop.

My boyfriend went in and got his haircut by a lady who’s license was expired in January of 2021. We are getting maternity photos done and he had been growing his hair out all winter and this was his first haircut of the year. He went in with a picture with a fade and long hair on the top that we could style. The lady was rushing so bad cut literally all his hair off he barely has any hair it looks like a short military hair cut. She asked to take off 2 Inches and took off way more than that. She spent the entire time talking to someone else instead of paying attention to his hair and he and I are both so incredibly upset. We will now have to wait a couple weeks for the photos because of his hair. We will not be returning back.
