The stylist was nice and did a good job overall on my hair but her clippers buzzed my eyebrow. I didn’t see it until I got in my car and looked in the rear view mirror. I know she had to have seen what she did. Sports Clips is just down the street and for almost the same price they won’t make these kind of mistakes. I go here probably 7-8 times a year but now I am going to drive another block down the street to Sports Clips.

I have been going here for years and have never had a problem until today. I told my hairdresser today that I don’t want the top touched and that I want the same cut as last time which is a low fade which is in the computer system, bc I’m growing my hair out but she completely shaved my sides to a 1 and all the way up the side of my head all the way around. I could have cut my hair myself like this. I went home and had my girlfriend fix it the best she could.

I asked to have my bangs cut short and the lady told me that I didn’t want that and it took her 3 tries to get them to the length that I requested. I asked for her to cut and inch off the sides and she cut closer to 3” off. I had to go back because after I got home I realized she missed part of my bangs. Haircut

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL HAIRCUT!! First off when I came in I was asked if I pre checked in and I hadn’t! The manager rolled her eyes and heavy sighed because heaven forbid she has to leave her client to check me in! I should have walked away there but stayed. The hair cut I received was one of the worst I ever got! I wanted a simple trim of 1-2 inches but the stylist recommended closer to three inches due to dead ends. I agreed. Less then 10 minutes later she was done and she ended up cutting off closer to 7-8”! I was in shock and as I came home to restyle it found at least 4 different lengths of hair. Absolutely heartbroken. I called back to complain and get a refund and the manager insisted I come in so she could see. I will say she at least evened out the different lengths but did not give me a refund. Only offered a free hair cut for next time…. Oh no I will NEVER step foot in that store again! I guess it’s my fault because you definitely get what you pay for! If you value your hair then do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and get it done right at an actual salon!
