THE WORST HAIR CUT EVER! I went in to get a trim and layers. The gentleman cutting my hair was very friendly but told me how he barley passed his test to get his license. As I’m watching him cut I noticed he just kept cutting one side making it shorter and shorter. I had to ask him to stop cutting! I told him respectfully I’m not paying for this my hair is extremely uneven and the layers are horrible! I tried to be as respectful as possible but I walked out in tears my hair looks like a 5 year old cut it and just randomly started cutting it everywhere so nothing is even. This was my second time there the first time I went I had a lady cut it she didn’t cut it even either the layers were higher on one side then the other I finally grew it out had it fixed then thought I’d try this place again just a different person to cut. So I’ll never go back to great clips again. None of them know how to cut hair. How they’re still open is beyond me. Go to summit salon academy for your hair cut! That’s where I went to school for a short time and I know they know how to cut hair and it’s even cheaper then this place and u get a free shampoo and blow dry!! Only place I’ll go from now on!

Not only is my hair choppy along the bottom, but I also asked for a surface trim to help get rid of my split ends and didn’t get one. Great Clips has never been a “great” place to get a trim at, but sometimes you’ll get someone who actually knows that they’re doing. I’m unimpressed. Going to get it fixed elsewhere.
