My daughter requested a simple straight cut, a little longer than chin length. Despite us both telling the stylist 4+ times that the cut was uneven, we left with the right side and back at least 1 1/2 inches longer than the left side. Upon closer inspection at home, it was even worse than we first thought with jagged cuts and lots of longer hairs.

I’m usually pretty picky about where I go to get my son’s hair done, but I just moved in the area and didn’t have enough time to really research salons before he started the school year. The hair stylist did good with his cut but her customer service needed to be worked on. Plus, she was the only one there (which she made a point about 10 times in the 45 minutes we were there). She was nice until a (obviously returning) customer noticed her attitude and left without the haircuts she signed for. She then took my son next and complained more about that customer and her being the only one there and claimed she was going to close up the shop and leave after she was done with the people in the lobby because she was tired of it. I tipped her for the good hair on my son but I will not go back. I have been in customer service for 10+ yrs and while I understand how hard it is on the employees, her attitude made me and my son uncomfortable. Plus, she did not like my son moving around. He’s five. She didn’t seem like she should be doing kids’ hair.

Ok, so, let me start by saying all of the staff there are phenomenally nice. Although, that does not fix my hair. I will include pictures of what was supposed to be done, and what was actually done. It was an undercut and a trim on the rest of my hair. Before I even sat down in the chair, I showed the guy the picture to make sure I was not wasting my time, or his. He assured me that he could do it, and he “specializes” in it. Wrong. He started to do the undercut and while it wasn’t perfect, it was fixable, so I figured he would continue after washing my hair. He washed and trimmed my hair (no complaints there). But then, my husband sat in the chair beside me telling him where it needed fixing because he was going to leave it, as is. He took a picture of the undercut for me, and I was appalled. We spent the next 20 minutes telling him where it was wrong, etc. The other lady that worked there even kept looking at it-knowing it was not straight. I finally got tired of trying to fix something that felt unfixable. I paid and tipped him for his patience, and left. I am now going to a different salon in hopes that they will be able to make it look half way decent. The thing that bothers me the most is, both him and her KNEW it was a nightmare and still let me walk out of there without saying a word.
