It really is a hit and miss here. Some of the stylists are great, but some are just awful. I went in yesterday, showed them a photo that was literally of me with a previous haircut I loved (It was short with a middle part, one of those styles you would see on a Korean idol), and I left with a pixie cut even princess Diana wouldn’t try. They gave me bangs so short I can’t part it in the middle and the whole cut was uneven. I looked less Jungkook and more rock lee. I went home and had to fix the cut myself just to make it even. I’m now searching for a salon that can make it bearable and give me a decent pixie cut instead of whatever they gave me. The stylist could’ve just slapped a bowl on my head and called it good. Until I find another salon I will have to deal with this pixie-bowl cut love child. If you do go to this salon, be careful with what stylist you have touching on your hair.

I walked in without an appointment, and was in the chair in less than 10 minutes. The lady cutting my hair checked in along the way asking if the length was ok, going shorter if I asked. I had asked about the difference between some products that she wasn’t overly familiar with and asked another stylist who came over and looked at and touched my hair in order to suggest the products that would be best for my hair. I was very happy with the experience, it is just a basic cut, no shampoo or style unless asked, but I walked out very happy with how it looked and felt.

Went in to get my hair cut this morning and I am very unhappy with the results. If I could give this zero stars I would… My regular hairdresser wasn’t in so I had another hairdresser cut my hair. She butchered the back left side of my hair and the other side isn’t much better! If I would have seen this before I left I would have refused to pay! Even though she used a mirror to show me the back I wasn’t able to see the results that well. Needles to say I probably won’t be back to Great Clips again!

I was in a hurry to get my hair evened. Tomi quickly and sweetly took me and sat me down. She was very aware of making sure I got exactly what I was describing and had me check it before any major decisions and my hair came out better than I had expected. She honestly was amazing and did exactly even better than what I wanted . I even had a difficult situation since my hair was very uneven.

I’ve been taking my kids here for haircuts for the past 6 years or so. Not sure why it took so long for me to realize that this shop is horrible. They used to cut my two sons hair perfectly, exactly the way we described how we wanted. But slowly over the years, barbers come and go, and the quality of haircuts has become garbage. This last time on 19Dec, the lady decided to just shave my kid’s hair extremely short. We asked for #1 around the back and sides, and #3 on top. It’s literally #1 all the way around.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I essentially had no ideas for my hair and gave the stylist creative freedom full well knowing I could have hated it and it would have been my fault. But I LOVE the cut, love the stylist, love the chit chat we had. Everything was *chefs kiss* wonderful.
