Had an Awesome experience at Great Clips yesterday. My stylist Lee beautifully fixed the bad haircut I had given myself almost a month ago. Lee is an excellent stylist, she knew exactly what to do with my short, curly hair. She was charming, kind, professional, and quick. Plus they have a discount for kids and seniors, which made it an even better experience. I am retiring from cutting my own hair because of Lee LoL. Thank you Great Clips!!

Have gone here for years, but won’t be going back. It looks like they aren’t willing to pay for people who know what they are doing. My side burns were too high, weren’t straight, or even. I asked for a 3 guard on the side and instead got clean shaved a half inch above my ears. To top it off I notice when I got home there was still a thin line of awkward hairs left right along my ear.
