I got my haircut this morning 10/06/2022 with Amber! She was amazing. Great clips has a reputation of getting you in and out as fast as they possibly can. A worker there talked trash about me in front of my child. Something along the lines of “Oh, good luck. He always wants his hair shorter.” A few other choice words were added that i can’t post here…and you thought my son didn’t hear you As far as caring about my hair length…Actually I’d like it done right, so I have to do that because you guys are terrible unless I’m literally paying full attention. Plus I tip good. I will never be back because of the rude comments and laziness. (I’ll edit this with the ladies name once I find my receipt just so everyone knows who the piece of garbage stylist is too.) Not only that I’ve been there in the past & they closed in 20 mins & told me they’d rather not cut my hair because it was too close to closing….wow! Then turn off online check-in! Don’t take my word for it on their horrible cuts READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Save yourself the trouble of having uneven bangs, wrong lengths etc….because if you DO say something they’ll talk about your behind your back. Glad my son heard it all! Who treats customers like that??

Be sure and check in with the app. I always check in with the app and am promptly brought back for my cut immediately or within a few minutes from my arrival. Everyone that has cut my hair is pleasant and does a great job. I only wish getting a haircut wasn’t so expensive these days.

I was a walk in. I showed the hair stylist what I wanted. I told her I wanted my hair shorted, layered and thinned out, just like the picture. She said okay, cut my hair, kind of thinned it out and that was it. It looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I am really disappointed, especially after paying what I did. I’m sure they’re great at what they do but don’t tell someone you can and will give them the look they want and not do it.
