First experience in a Washington great clips, I asked for the sides cut with a fade and they basically gave me a military shave on the sides with them being one length. I also asked on the top, “just the tips like just the smallest amount to remove split ends” and they cut more than just the tips and they missed a spot so there’s a clear difference in how much I asked to cut and how much they cut. Not an exaggeration when I say worst haircut I’ve been given… at least back in the day my mom would make it all the same length.

Not sure if the older blonde lady was having a bad day on Tuesday or what… my boyfriend went in to get a haircut and when he was done his neckline was completely crooked. The stylist didn’t even bother getting around his ears at all either. We went back and I asked her to fix it and with an attitude she said “where is it crooked” I also asked her to get around his ears and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything. My boyfriend told me she said “I did do your ears but whatever”…. Really bad customer service from this woman. We both felt super unwelcomed. Not even a thank you or welcome when you walk in or leave. All we get is a “did you put yourself on the list”…. Really upset about the experience we had and the service we got from this stylist.

I love great clip. I know some times will be better than others. This visit was not one of those times unfortunately. My bangs are a bit uneven in spots but it’s no biggie. The stylist was nice and very patient while I went to grab my wallet at my house. Even though this visit was less than perfect, it wouldn’t deter me from coming again.

We are very happy with this place, we’ve been twice now and will definitely be coming back for future cuts. Waste of time and money. Checked in online, app said 7 minute wait. Walked in and showed 20 minute wait. Waited almost 30 minutes just to have a lady do more talking than cutting. In a hurry so I left unsatisfied with the length as they didn’t trim it as much as I would have liked. Tried them again today, everybody deserves a second chance after all. App said 20 minute wait. Drove the 10 minutes from my house and walked inside. Wait time 37 minutes with 2 people in front of me. What good is checking in online at this location? Great clips Spanaway, 0/2.
