My daughter was home from college and wanted a quick hair cut. We walked in and she had a haircut and was out the door in under 30 minutes. Blayne was super sweet and did a great job. This is a very nice location. It’s easy to locate (right next to Papa John’s). Haircut was only $20. It’s a great deal! Very professional people.

First time visiting this location. Don’t usually go to great clips, but was in town and only place that could get my 8 yr. Old daughter in for a haircut. Its about 11:45am or so, We get inside, no one greets us, doesn’t ask us if we are needed help checking in online or how it even works. But they were all full when we got there, so I chalked it up to that. Then realized every customer that walked in after us was asked if they were checked in and greeted nicely Took 20 min for someone to see if we were checked in, I said yes and we waited another 40 min to get my daughters haircut. The stylist that cut my daughter’s hair did a good job, cut it how I asked but was hacking and coughing all over the place in there . I figured whatever, my daughter is already being seen might as well get it done and never come back. Then when we go to pay, she charged us $22, but clearly on the sign it says $20 for children’s haircuts 10 yrs and under needless to say I’m never going back there and was not happy with the customer service at all. I seen another review of a woman who took her daughter that came in to visit from college and was charged only $20 for haircut! I really try hard not to play the POC card, but it’s times like those that really make me think negatively.

Will never go back. Watched the lady yank my 2 year olds head into the position she wanted. He was scared of the clippers and she kept demanding he put his hands down. And he kept shying away from clippers. The way she yanked his head was uncalled for. The other lady gave my other son crooked hair cut.
