Disappointed in the customer service I received the other day. I came in with my husband, who needed a cut, and I needed a bang trim. When we came in, only my husband was checked in, and I was later put on the list (somehow I was passed over, even though I said “we’re here to check in”). My husband was called up immediately, but then they started calling back other people for cuts. I was told that there’s no way to change the order in which people’s names were called, and I was relegated to the bottom of the list. My husband was seen immediately, but I had to wait 40 minutes for a trim? After my husband was done, I said “but I came in with him”. According to the stylist, there was nothing she could do, essentially being brushed off. I walked out without a cut, even though I was there before everyone else that had showed up after. I went to another Great Clips in Puyallup and I asked my stylist there and she said that what I was told was absolutely not true. I won’t be going back to the Graham location.

24 minute wait when I checkin…I make it in 19 minutes and get skipped as I’m walking to the door. If it’s under the estimated wait time, they should have to wait. If I’m expected to be timely, that should be reciprocated to some extent. Usually great service. Haircut

Husband went in for a cut, with our form ready to send in the cut hair as a donation to children with hair loss. The lady ARGUED with him that it wouldn’t be ‘long enough’, even though it only needs to be 8″, and was at least 13″ from his scalp. I measured before he left the house.
