We came in for a kids cut. How do you botch a cut so bad? I will not be returning to this location even if it is closer. Her bangs are uneven and shorter in places than it should be. Her back end I had to use house scissors to even out. Yeah it was that bad! She’s terrified of getting her ear snipped so my daughter does exactly as the stylist says. Stop hiring stylists that cannot perform the basic functions of the job!

Pretty terrible haircut for $27!!! Both sides are different lengths and cut to different points so it’s different lengths and crooked. When I brought it up to the stylist she replied with, well I’m just doing what you told me to do… yes I told you to cut it different lengths on each side. What the hell! No wonder there’s never a wait at this location. The speed at which she hacked away at my hair was rushed and anything but quality. I will go elsewhere from now on. Not even sure why I’m giving it a 2 star.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Every single time I’ve gone in people are so extremely rude to me and don’t do what I ask them to do with my hair. And the most recent time I went it was 45 minutes before close and she told me she was too tired to take one more cut. Basically saying she was too tired to do her job. I cannot believe the way I’ve been talked to and treated when I go in to this establishment.

I got my hair cut by a lovely lady with dark hair that has dull scissors and said she could do a feather style cut. My hair is thick and was about 4 inces below my shoulders, now it is at my shoulders and is very choppy. I have blocks of hair in chunks that are very noticeable even when i and when I tried to curl or style it. Really nice folks there but don’t try anything other than a trim.

The worst hair cut ever. Total opposite of what I asked for and the lady that cut my hair (Amy) spent less than 5 minutes with uneven cuts. All this for a total job of $27. What a waste of time and money.

She cut the exact length I wanted, gave me the most perfect layers, and even taught me how to cut my own split ends at home if I ever needed too.
