I asked for my hair to be cut a certain way and instead they messed up my hair so bad, someone else had to fix it. They didn’t listen to what I wanted. This was just such a disappointment and I wasted my money on something that that “hair dresser” didn’t even know how to do. Super choppy, not blended, and on top of that I literally sat in the chair for about 5 minutes and he said he was done. And before that he handed me a brush for ME to brush my own hair. I have literally bawled my eyes out ever since I left. My spouse and daughter both told me it was horrible. After seeing it for myself, I regretted ever getting it cut. After calling, i attempted to sign in. I called back and he told me they don’t accept over the phone appointments. I told him online doesn’t work. He said ” ok then” and hung up. There may have been a language barrier but either way, you don’t need to hang up on customers.

This is where I go for a haircut. It isn’t perfect, but overall I am satisfied with the cut I get, and the rate is reasonable. Plus pretty much without exception, the stylists are friendly and welcoming, and they aim to give the customer what she or he wants. Oh, and the online check-in works pretty well.

Do not expect anything more than a butcher job. I would think this place only cuts men’s hair. If it doesn’t clip on a razor then it WILL be uneven.

I didn’t have to wait long after checking in online. I thought my haircut was good because it was neat without any poorly cut parts. Sometimes at Great clips you will get a funny cut, but I guess that it can happen in a lot of places. I hope my next visits will go this well too. Haircut
