My son and husband got pretty good haircuts by Alex previously. I went there today but Alex is unavailable so I picked an Asian hairdresser to cut my Asian hair and ended up having the worst haircut of my life. My hair was cut way too short and uneven. I was in shock and so disappointed. My son even suggested me to wear a wig or hat until my hair grows back. I will never return to Great clips again.

Been there three times, they f**ed up my hair every time. People who work there are just incapable to follow basic instructions. Never returning again. In fact, never returning to any Great Clips ever again. I have been to Great Clips at different location (states), was never really satisfied 100%. They all are the same, more or less. Most of the people who work at Great Clips are just not good enough. They all struggle to follow basic instructions.

The woman who cut my hair was extremely rude. She made an unwarranted comment about me being overdue for a haircut and when checking me out she said I should “come back sooner rather than later” with a judgmental look. I also asked for a fauxhawk/mullet and specifically said I didn’t want the back or top cut, just the sides shaved. She said “this will look good I promise” and then shaved the back without my permission. The haircut looks awful and is not what I asked for at all. Don’t go to this location if you want satisfaction or respect.

I got my 6 year old haircut.. the stylist was so patient less. The hairstyle turned out to be bad.she cut 5-6 inches shorter than expected and it was uneven. She wouldn’t let me talk as well. I would not recommend this salon. Worst experience..at the end we are the one who suffer. Haircut

I checked in online, so when I got there it was only a 5-10 minute wait. Coupon made it so it was only $10 for a haircut (usually $21). Kasie was very friendly and I think she did a great job, though I’ve never been picky about my haircuts.

I’ve always dreaded getting my hair cut so I always wait several months in between haircuts until I need to see through my hair, so when I went to get my hair cut I was so nervous about getting a bad hair cut but Lace did a perfect job. It was the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten and when she told me to come back 4-5 weeks later I was here on the dot 5 weeks later to the day. Amazing job! I love my new hair!

I’m disappointed with the service of late. I’ve been going for three years, but the last time was a mess. They have my preferences on file. So why did I leave last time looking like I was going to boot camp? Their process doesn’t allow you to request or ban a specific stylist. I just left without a cut and will be looking for a new place. The guy next in line was exactly the same guy that whacked me last time. They need a better system and, if the franchise owner is going to employ his entire family, he should train them before they take a chair. I changed this review to 1 star based on their “cut and paste” response to my concerns. Read a review before you slap a pat response on.
