Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityA year ago I signed up my kid online for a haircut, waited for his turn and then showed up with the kiddo, a lady at reception knowing now my kiddo is 1st in the line now, and that many people are waiting in the shop, she strategically moved my kiddo to the end of the sign up list. He was 1st,but moved to the last position… her reason was that his name is wrong, and it should be corrected .. basically she removed the space between first and last name.. and that not only made his name wrong it ended up moving him to end of the list … that was the main reason she did that…. I immediately left… about a year later I thought I’ll give them another chance… today I signed up my kiddo online, waited for his turn, and showed up in their shop with the kiddo… again.. and the lady after asking if we signed up online and knowing my kid is on the 1st position to be called, she kept calling everyone that was showing up after us while me and my kid were waiting. We wasted quite a bit of time. No apologies. Nothing. Even those that signed up online after us showed up later than us got called but not us. Looks like their queue is not first come first served basis…rather white vs non-white. If you are white you get called first. I got a haircut here about a week ago and they absolutely destroyed my hair. The hair stylist working on me completely messed up my hair and cut it way too short. I only told him to cut about two inches, and he cut off around 4. Furthermore, he attempted to give me what I’m assuming we’re supposed to be layers and they were incredibly uneven and I had no idea how I was going to fix it. Thankfully, I have a different amazing hair stylist who fixed it up for me, although she did have to cut off more due to the damage he had caused. Will never go here again and do not recommend to anyone who wants a quality cut.
