I have taken my kids here for years and have been very happy. Recently they have started mailing me coupons for this location which I have tried to use multiple times. The stylists refused to honor them and rudely refused to explain why. I am very disappointed in their behavior and poor customer service and do plan to use this business again.

I recently had a haircut at this location and Tina was the stylist. This is the worst haircut experience I have had. She seemed to be in a hurry and went pretty rough and finished the haircut in ~5 mins. She trimmed one side too much that my head skin was clearly visible and when I raised that, she blamed it on the volume of hair in that area when it was clearly not the case. When I mentioned that this is the first time I’m hearing that my hair volume is low on one side, she didn’t seem to care at all and continued to justify she did nothing wrong.

Went there for a casual haircut and didn’t expect it to be the best haircut at all. Houng has been working there since April. I asked her to give me a long bob and showed her the picture of how I liked It. I was amazed how easily she was able replicate that haircut. She is really good and I will be going back to her in the future.
