Would not recommend going here. I used the app to get in line for a haircut. They gave me an expected time and even showed my place in line. I drove over there when it was getting close to time for my turn but when I got there, they were closed. There was someone inside who motioned for me to go away. It was about an hour before scheduled closing time. I looked down and I had moved up from third to second in the queue and the app told me it was only 10 minutes until my turn. Just writing this to share a warning not to trust their app, or their wait times, or their posted hours.

I went in today without booking beforehand and had a short wait with only one stylist working. She did such an awesome job! She listened to what I wanted, checked in throughout for different layer lengths and gave me a great haircut. I will definitely be back. Bang trim, Haircut

This place is always a complete roll of the dice. Sometimes I get a great haircut, sometimes not so much. But the staff are a ragtag bunch of people who are each uniquely interesting and weird. Totally worth it if you need a quick, low maintenance cut.

Leaving this place with razor burn all down my neck. Do not come here. First one star I’ve ever left. Male getting a standard cut, 3 blended to a 2 on the sides, a little length off the top with the bangs being point cut. Never asked me about the top and just started hacking it off. On the bangs, he pulled out a no guard buzzer and box cut it? I asked to go back and fix it, so he used the thinning scissors, but clearly didn’t know what point cut meant. Now, there’s no hair left to clean it up and fix it unless I buzz my head. My neck and ears are all scratched up because of how hard he was cutting, then he unsnapped the towel within the first two minutes of the haircut, so I’m covered with hair. Once more, I’ve never left a one star review before but he needs to go back and retest his skills. This was beyond bad, just unacceptable. For the business owner, the time was 10/1 around 2:45 if you need to check your staff schedule to find out who it was. Very upsetting and in pain

Dont ever cut your hair here! Even if its free. A male hair dresser cuts your hair as if he is cutting grass. Literally cut my hair in 5 mins, not regarding for any shape or trim. Worst ever! Save yourself dont ever ever visit this place.

Awful hair cut, hair dresser had horrible chair side manner. He refused to stop trying to fix my son hair even after I told him to stop touching my son. I was literally in tears. This place is the worst! Kids’ cuts

i got my hair cut by an older woman on 4/21, im not sure if her name was chi (that was on the receipt) but basically i went in for some layers, i kept trying to tell her i just wanted some layers and she just kept talking about how thick and damaged my hair was, and telling me she should cut a certain amount, i said i dont want it shorter i want long layers. . now idk if she isnt used to people with natural long curly hair, pls know i went in with my hair already shampooed and conditioned basically soaking wet to make it easier. (i sometimes straighten my hair but i came in with wet hair) i went in with REALLY long hair (see picture for reference) and left with almost shoulder length hair. now i really dont give a damn about hair but if this was someone else they would be crying their eye balls out because she CHOPPED it all off omg i was in shock! it looks so bad. it took her like 7 MINUTES i kid you not, to chop off my hair. if you wont listen (or understand, she didnt seem to understand when i spoke to her) to the clients requests then maybe dont cut hair on women. i did not make any comments to her i just payed and left that place.

Convenient location. That is about all that is good about this place. The hairdressers seem to be in a rush to take on as many clients as possible. I witnessed a person with longer hair come in for a hair cut. The hairdresser tried very hard to persuade her to come back to get her hair cut by another hairdresser. After the customer had left she mentioned that she did not want to cut her hair since it would take too long and an 18% tip is not going to justify the time she would have to spend.
