On a weekend most of nearby GC locations are busy. This place is surprisingly less busy. I checked in online and the app showed 38 min wait. I checked again and it showed 26. I decided to wait 10 minutes and head out. When I checked n 10-12 minutes the app showed 0. I started driving and was there in about 15 minutes. When I arrived I was not on the list and the stylist told me that I was 30 minutes late which is simply not true. She put me back to the end of waiting list. She did not believe me that their system had issues, she did not check time stamps when I checked in online. Poor customer service for first time customer. I understand why they are less busy than other locations.
