I’ve been here twice, and the last time was terrible. The stylist seemed very impatient and was rushing into getting me out of there as quickly as possible. I wanted to have the uneven cut from my last haircut (at a different Great Clips location) be evened out, but she blamed it on the nature of my hair growth..Styling it is possible but she seemed visibly irritated when I asked her about it. This left my hair uneven once again.

one star is very generous! i asked for a trim and light face framing and the lady cut basically half my hair to chin length, the „layers“ are super choppy and shorter than i wanted them to be. i’d attach pictures but it looks so bad i don’t want to put that on the internet. my signature hair style for the next 2 months is going to be a ponytail. i guess that’s what you get when you ask for face framing at a $22 haircut.

So I’ve come now I think 5 times. The first 4 we’re good, what I expected for the price. Today I just left and it was terrible. Probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I asked for like 2-3 inches cut and he cut like 6. It’s WAY too short and I hate it. It was so uneven he kept trying to fix it to make it even but cutting off more and more and then finally I’m like stop cutting it! It’s so short! I hate it! I would not go back if the same guy was there. He also kept blaming my hair for ‘looking’ uneven cuz it’s dyed. Both sides of my hair are completely different lengths and the back looks terrible. It’s gonna have to be curled or in a bun all summer until I can get it fixed once it’s grown.

First time and a great time! I have checked a lot of shops in the greater Seattle area and Great Clips can be hit or miss, but this place stands up to the high rating. I walked in and it felt more like a high quality salon than a budget location. Everyone was professional and TIFFANY was exceptional. She cut my hair and nailed it. Incredibly professional, helpful, courteous and honestly I haven’t had this perfect of a haircut in a long time. A great employee and a pleasure of an experience. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back again!

Anna is an excellent hair stylist and is very friendly. She has been cutting my hair for a few years and I always request appointments with her. This salon is in a nice location on Mercer Island and all the staff is friendly. I highly recommend going here (make sure to check in online to avoid the wait).

We were visiting the area while our son was on a summer internship at Microsoft. He was way overdue for a haircut from his last cut about two months ago. I researched different Great Clips locations and saw that this location got great reviews. Bridget was my son’s stylist and she did an amazing job and my son said she was fast. I definitely recommend Bridget for the awesome cut she gave my son. We did online check in to avoid waiting but ended up waiting for a short time since we wanted Bridget.
