I took my daughters to get their hair trim tonight, the older Asian hair stylist took less than five minutes to trim one of my daughters hair. The other daughter had another stylist and she did fine. When we came home and shampooed her hair (the one with Asian stylist), It was badly uneven. You can see it from a picture my son took. We will never go back there. We’ll pay $5 more to have a real hair stylist cut my daughters’ hair!

This location has an awesome team! I walked in with my 5 children, after having just had a terrible (lack of customer service) experience at Super cuts up the street. The women greeted my self and my family with such kindness and really took care of my girls and their needs despite not having an appointment scheduled. We purchased some hair products too and enjoyed our visit. 10/10, 5 stars! Thank you ladies for such a welcoming experience. We will be back soon for their trims and let all of our family and friends know that your location is the BEST! Thank you!!

I requested the stylist to use the thinning scissors which my usual stylist at Great clips – Redmond uses towards the end of my haircut. I would have been okay if she said she didn’t know how to use the tool, rather she said “Why don’t you get your haircut done from the stylist in Redmond instead of coming to us”.

First time customer for this location as this is close to my place. Was hesitant to try new location and I was right! Hair cut not done right and looks bad with over cut patch on the front. Black lady (donno name) was the one who cut my hair while there are other 2 white employees (color for just identification). Once and done experience for me. Will drive 20miles to go to my regular one in factoria but not this location.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Staff is rude. Quality of the service is super low. After checking online, if you go on time suggested by their website then they will make you wait for another 30 mins. If you go late then they complain about coming later then expected time. Quality of the service is very bad. This was my last time as I will be spending 20$ extra a month going forward to get better service from a nearby place.

I waited for my second visit to write a review. I had pretty bad experience both the times. The first time, the hair stylist was quite rude and appeared to be a rush. I was not happy with the hair-cut. The second time, the hair stylist was not rude, but the haircut was horrible. If they are charging $23 (which is over-priced) and providing such a bad service with no respect to customers, then it is really concerning.

Sign on the door says they close at 8pm. Stopped in about 6 minutes to 7pm… door was locked and the gal yells at me through the door that they don’t actually close at 8, but 7. Welp, it wasn’t 7. Still requiring masks here, mandate was dropped months ago. Disappointing and you should take your business elsewhere.
