*update: no hard feelings (except that my hair is still way shorter than I ever wanted and it’s taking forever to grow) but don’t waste your time calling the great clips customer service line. Nothing will come of it and you’ll just be wasting your time. As the customer service rep suggested below, I called and was on hold for awhile, so opted to email. I got a reply saying someone would get in touch with me— no one ever did.

Great price, great service. Haircut took about 15 to 20mn. No frill service, no shampoo, no blow dry, no styling. But that’s OK with me since i always style my hair myself when I get home anyway. The stylist did an OK cut, although not enough layers like I’d like but she happily cut more layers when i asked. So all in all I’m not complaining. It’s a great price for an OK haircut. I’ve paid a lot more else where for really bad cuts!! I’d definitely go back.

I wanted it to be around my shoulders and it doesn’t even reach my chin. She left one side longer then the other and I didn’t want to correct her any further in fear that I’d lose the rest of the hair I had left, and end up with a pixy cut. I’m traumatized, I asked for half and inch and she took like 3 inches off.
