Extremely disorganized. Got several haircuts here. And each time there is long waits, even if reserving online. And they don’t take appointments through phone. My last visit, i requested a specific person to cut my hair and they said “no problem” but when my name came up she said she had to leave. And my name went to the bottom of the list. Fortunately just down the street, there’s an amazing barber called “redds barber” where they’re much more professional and have fair prices.
