I came in earlier today with a VERY rough idea of how I wanted my Haircut. As I sat down with the stylist, Echo, she began to ask me questions about how I wanted my hair cut but I was very vague and incomplete in my description (said I wanted a “fade” when really I wanted my hair line to “blend” better) she asked me more questions and eventually we got on the same page. I’m at home looking at my haircut now and it’s the best one I’ve ever had in my life. I’m so impressed with the hairstylist for cutting my hair exactly as I wanted with very vague details. Sadly, Echo told me she was retiring in about a year, but I will make sure to come back before then and get one more from her, she was absolutely amazing!

I don’t know who was making appointments on Friday January 13, 2023, but she was EXTREMELY rude to us. It took her forever to even come to the front because she was chatting with a coworker. Then when she finally did she acted like we were annoying her for even existing and having the audacity to bother her. And proceeded to treat us like idiots for asking basic questions like how long the wait was. Needless to say we did not book an appointment and won’t be coming back…

I’ve always been pleased with Echo at Ontario, Oregon Great Clips. She is good at her job and I usually will wait for her to become available to cut my hair. She tries to accommodate my wishes, and I have never had a bad hair cut with her. Strongly recommend her services. Haircut

Okay, just need to share my experience because I’ve gone here many times and never had anything like this happen before. So unprofessional. I came in yesterday for a fade and a Mohawk, I specified I wanted it defined with the hair on top all being the same longer length, not blended. Courtney, I think her name is, blended it. So I came back today just to have it fixed and unblended. I wasn’t even mad, I just needed it fixed, no big deal. Courtney was busy with another customer so Echo helped me out. I would have had Courtney do it otherwise. When she finished with her client she came over and said “you didn’t like my haircut?” I just told her she blended it and I didn’t want it blended. Again no big deal. But after that she just made me feel so uncomfortable, walking around eyeballing me, rolling her eyes at me just giving horrible attitude. So I mention to my current hair stylist that she seemed offended. Then Courtney starts yelling at me across the room saying I’m being rude and that she doesn’t have to put up with me… I literally didn’t say anything to her, she came up and confronted me, I simply answered her question. If it wasn’t for all that rudeness at attitude I would have gone back to her in the future but now I am unsure if I’ll ever go back to thus great clips again, at least never on the days Courtney is working. I only scored it a 3 star because Echo fixed it for free even though I offered to pay.

Liked the haircut not so much having to online check in. What about all the old people that don’t know how to or have a smart phone. Don’t they deserve to get hair done. They don’t have enough help to shampoo or style your hair. Use to go in just to get a shampoo now that’s not possible
