Using the sign in reservation system is the way to go, or else be prepared to wait for awhile. This location always seems pretty darn busy. I don’t know if I ever have had the same person cut my hair here, but they all seem to do a good job. Plus, it’s right near Fred Meyer, which makes it convenient to knock out a few errands at once. A hairdresser named Patty cut my son’s hair today and was very patient and did a great job.

Terrible place to get your haircut. Online check-in never works due to short staffing and estimate times are horribly inaccurate. After two of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten, I’ve decided to never go back here again. Writing this review in hopes I can deter others of making the mistake of going to Great Clips Bend.

Everytime I go here to get my son’s hair cut I am usually disappointed in the skills of our stylist. There have only been 2 or 3 stylist’s that have really impressed me, two in Klamath falls one female and one male. And one at the north side location in Redmond. Unfortunately every time I find one I like, that does an excellent job, they end up not working there anymore. But with the only haircut place that sends out mail coupons for $11.99…. I can’t help it. Don’t forget… You get what you pay for. My poor kids. Lol

The girl who cut my hair was absolutely awful. Can’t remember her name but it started with an R. Really inexperienced despite saying she knew what she was doing. Ended up having my wife shave my head when I got home because it was so choppy and uneven.
