Took my son to get his hair cut and the lady who did it did an awful job. She has no business cutting hair. We paid for a haircut then had to go home and fix it. We used the samee clips she did and had a whole pile of hair when done. She didn’t take her time and had no clue what she was doing. Thank goodness my kids dad was able to fix without having to do a full buzz cut.

I decided to go to Grants Pass since, at the time I’m posting this, the three Medford area locations are either facing the employee shortages with reduced hours, or are closed for the same thing. I needed a haircut bad and other businesses are going through the same thing. I noticed on the Great Clips app the Grants Pass locations wait times were quite low. I drove up to the Redwood Highway location after checking in online and got right in when I arrived. The stylist said the Grants Pass locations were fully staffed which is why the wait times are so low. It was worth the drive as I was looking pretty shabby! I would recommend this location if you need a quick haircut whether you live locally or need to drive up from Medford like I did.
