I put my name on the list , and my work called, so I stepped outside to talk to them (urgent). And I bigger lady who worked there started banging on the glass repeatedly, yelling ” your next , I’m ready!” Over and over while I’m trying to hang up , about 20 seconds. And I go in and she was overly aggressive and scraping my head with the trimmers so hard I’m suprised i wasnt cut, in retaliation for me being on the phone. She blotched my hair so bad I left and went to the medford location and a nicer employee fixed it for free and apologized for the central point location. Last time I let those sausage fingers get me. What a psycho.

I got a great haircut and they were nice. What I don’t like is that unless you check in on line there is a very long wait. Walk-ins are not treated like they used to be. Some of us older patrons don’t use the online check-in. I had to wait 2 hours.

Silver was great! He answered all of my hair related questions and cut it exactly how I wanted. My hair looks and feels so much healthier now. The wait was kind of long, but pretty much every business seems short staffed right now. I’m still glad that I went in. Thanks Great Clips!

The lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name) that cut my hair today around 3:30 pm acted like she was in a hurry when there was only one other person in the store. She also did a terrible job on my head. I showed her a picture of what I would like and was sorely disappointed. She gave me razer burns on my scalp, left my bangs longer than I asked then refused to cut them further, left hair on my face, and acted like she was above giving me quality service. I don’t feel like my business was appreciated and I won’t be returning.

Got in pretty fast, we ended up going to Central Point instead of Medford. Did an amazing job on my husband hair cut. We even ate a pizza from Little Caesars that was located next door.

Thank goodness for super cuts and their ability to make a special accommodation for him and get him in and in his own chair away from others.
